At AmScope, we stand behind the quality of our precision optics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all electronic equipment and microscopes. We want to ensure you have the right tools for your scientific applications and offer full support for any items that do not meet your expectations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service department or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all lenses, accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark your RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the optical components and electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
